The Global South Journalists Workshop Program was officially launched on October 17 during the 2026 Belt and Road Journalists Forum in Nanjing, China!
Designed to strengthen exchanges and professional cooperation among journalists from the Global South, the program offers opportunities to gain firsthand insights into China’s development and explore new approaches to journalism.
As part of the program, a three-day workshop is taking place at Nanjing University from October 18 to 20, featuring discussions on journalism, digital innovation and global governance, alongside hands-on activities and exchanges with Chinese media professionals.
