It was our pleasure to welcome more than 120 media representatives and guests from China and Mongolia to Hohhot, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, for the 16th China-Mongolia Journalism Forum, which we were proud to co-host.
The forum brought media professionals from both countries together to explore media’s responsibility in enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. From uncovering the human stories behind growing bilateral cooperation to using new media technologies to reach wider audiences, participants highlighted the importance of going beyond statistics to document real lives and tell stories that resonate with people.
We look forward to seeing more exchanges, collaboration and stories shared between journalists from China, Mongolia, and beyond.
