Home of Journalists held a media roundtable of China and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries recently in Dunhuang, a historic city along the ancient Silk Road in Northwest China’s Gansu province. Journalists, experts, and scholars from China and 12 CEE countries gathered to discuss the media’s vital role in strengthening cultural exchanges and fostering mutual learning among civilizations. During their time in Dunhuang, the visiting journalists also explored iconic local heritage sites, experiencing firsthand the enduring cultural charm and modern vitality of the city.
