“We are here to learn with China and take all this knowledge to our countries to try to update and improve our communication sites,” said Pena Esperanca Elga from Angola, sharing her experience after visiting our Home of Journalists in Beijing. On Nov 14, we host her and other students from the Overseas Elite Program on Governance of Global Leadership School at Renmin University. Here at the Home of Journalists, we hope exchanges like this can help policymakers better understand how the news industry evolves — from technological innovation to professional values — strengthening media literacy and fostering more constructive interaction between decision-makers and journalists.
