How not to transmit what I have just experienced during the first stage of the meeting to the municipality of Chongqingin southwest China “2024 Belt and Road Journalists Forum”. This forum initiated by the China Journalists Association and focused on the implementation of the challenge by scholars of the city of Chongqing “One Belt, One Road”, of the Challenge launched about ten years ago by President Xi Jinping, during three days of discussions and exchanges, allowed a total immersion in the Chinese technological push that mixes culture and scientific research. I am amazed for my first visit to China to see how this City of Chongqing has developed in record time. This development opens interconnections thanks to its transport hub to 119 countries and has 393 ports around the world. The City has created several corridors to strengthen socio socio-économic development through a flow of air, sea, container trucks, freight trains, and I can not afford to silence this pragmatic spirit that puts industrial parks, logistics parks that spread over vast areas, in competition.
I was impressed by this hidden side of China that is moving forward by leaps and bounds without noise or drums. I came, I saw, I lived. Yes, my eyes have seen the resurrection of the relains pottery, ceramics, hemp fibers reduced to threads that are woven one by one with this traditional wooden machine for the improvement of the living conditions of these craftsmen of the third age who wisely perpetuate the cultural heritage of China. Chongqing, a City that was previously unknown to the Congolese, will be talked about in the Democratic Republic of Congo through this new narrative that I will already convey today and in thd days to come May God lend me life. An administrative perspective that I now have for
Chongqing, this mountain city that has been able to shape this devastating-looking geology into a haven of peace through an almost perfect mastery of development. It is really the discovery of an utra modern city that must inspire our intelligence for the development of our spaces, especially inthe outskirts where anarchic constructions become death tolls in view of the landslides following torrential rains. Everything is in symbiosis to integrate the improvement of all sectors, from public administration, to the economic and entrepreneurial sector. What can we say about this magic of the remote operating table of the famous professor Wang zhibiao? And those smart electric cars that can drive without a driver. This is yet another explosion of digital development that unravels the strings of this communication intoxication receveid from others against China.
The reality is there and I have lived it. I saw with my own eyes the opening of the ceramic kiln by master Lio this octogenarian who pertuates the work of the ancient times of kneading clay. Africa has a model capable of bringing about real transformation for its development at all levels.
