The Francophone Press Union of Djibouti was created in February 2018.
It brings together all the journalists of the print and audio-visual press but also the online press.
The UPF Djibouti regularly organizes several activities including the press prize each year to the best journalists in Djibouti.
The UPF Djibouti organizes several workshops focused on media laws in Djibouti and the place of women in the media.It also provides training for young journalists on the fundamentals of journalism and on ethics and deontology.
